I use the Sony A7 IV and the Sony A7S III, for your wedding I always have with me two cameras to prepare for any eventuality.
My 35mm f/1.2, 50mm f/1.2, 85mm f/1.4 and 135mm f/1.8 lenses are fixed focus and wide aperture so I donโt need to use the flash.

The sooner the better! The bride and groom usually book me 1 year before their wedding date.

It depends on the benefit and the duration of the benefit. Usually for a full report of the preparations until the evening, I issue between 400 and 700 photos.
